Halkalı Kağıt manufactures Fluting, Testliner, and Grey Board in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, on a 45,000 m² production site. To improve efficiency and product quality, we use advanced automation and control technologies such as DCS and QCS. We also operate a natural gas-fired auto-producer power plant, generating both steam and electricity through cogeneration and meeting part of our own energy needs in an efficient and environmentally responsible way.

With a strong focus on Integrated Management Systems and a total quality approach, we manage our operations systematically while prioritizing continuous improvement. Our goal is to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, employees, and all stakeholders.

Sustainability is a key part of our production philosophy. Through our wastewater treatment ponds, we treat process wastewater and reuse a significant portion in our operations, helping to minimize water consumption.

As of 2023, Halkalı Kağıt increased its capital to TRY 1,139,000,000 and provides employment for approximately 270 people. By using 100% waste paper, we recycle paper and packaging waste into the economy, support green production, help prevent the cutting of thousands of trees, and contribute to a more sustainable future.
