Kahramanmaraş Paper Industry and Trade Inc. was established in Kahramanmaraş in 1988 and started its activities at the end of 1989 by producing papers used in corrugated cardboard production with a PM1 paper mill with a capacity of 40,000 tons/year. Kahramanmaraş Facility of the group was established on an area of 200,000 m², 50,000 m² of which is closed.
Thanks to the machine modernization carried out in 2023, the PM1 production capacity has been increased by 40% and the total capacity is 240,000 tons/year and product quality has been improved. As of 2024, the processes of transporting and storing paper rolls produced on the PM1 line have been digitized with a smart weighing, strapping and labeling line integrated with unmanned systems in line with the Industry 4.0 approach; The spools are automatically transferred to the storage area in synchronization with the warehouse management system. Kahramanmaraş Paper, which ranks first in Türkiye in its sector in terms of production capacity, has continued to grow steadily and has become one of the preferred companies in the paper industry in our country. Our company continues its journey, which started as Kahramanmaraş Paper Industry, with the MMC Paper brand at the end of 2024.
